EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are happy to accept exchanges and returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Please initiate a return or exchange request through your registered House Of Vellala account. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer care team at info@houseofvellala.com or call / WhatsApp us at 9032135954 for assistance.
EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND
- We do not offer refunds on customised products (made to order) or products that have been altered as per size specifications.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a refund via online gift card.
- For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund immediately after we receive the products from your end and it passes the quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.
- Any return or exchange complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
- All custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at 9032135954. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered or accepted.

There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale (including EOSS), discount/offer code or coupon.
INTERNATIONAL: We do not offer Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at info@houseofvellala.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
NOTE: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if your order/has been processed.
- If we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we can cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If your order is duly cancelled, the amount paid by you will be reversed to your account within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal.
- We can not process a cash refund under any circumstances.
- We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (including cases where the order has been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order.
